I work with women at consequential moments in their lives.

Women come to this work for many reasons. Some are considering a new project, facing a decision, or contemplating a significant change. Others are beginning to question assumptions they've lived with for years.

What they share is a sense that something important deserves their attention.

I'm Erica Ando, PhD.

I know these moments myself.

Life has asked me to reconsider some of my deepest beliefs about work, achievement, responsibility, and who I thought I needed to be.

My approach is shaped by three decades of study in somatic learning, Buddhist meditation practice, years spent building businesses and creative projects, and the realities of living through these questions myself.

I'm not here with a predetermined vision of who you should become.

If you genuinely want to play bigger, let's find out by playing bigger. If you want a quieter life, let's find out. If you need to stay, let's find out. If you need to burn it all down, let's find out.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

What It's Like to Work Together

This work sits between coaching, inquiry and reflective practice.

Together, we pay attention to the patterns shaping your life. Rather than moving quickly toward answers, we slow down enough to see what's actually happening.

Something becomes visible that wasn't visible before.

This isn't about following a plan or becoming a particular kind of person. It's a process of asking better questions and learning to recognize what’s true for you beneath habit, expectation and old ways of organizing your life.

What becomes possible

The noise settles enough that you can begin noticing what's actually happening in your life — what energizes you, what drains you, what no longer fits, what keeps asking for your attention underneath the urgency.

In practice, that often looks like this:

“I stopped fighting myself”
—Weatherly S.

I learned to listen to myself more instead of always pushing on the throttle. As I trusted my own voice, I shared my work more confidently and broke through a financial ceiling I'd been stuck at for years.

“Things didn’t fall apart”
—Kim H.

I realized I could rest and things wouldn't fall apart. As I learned to slow down, I started a project I'd been putting off for years, reached financial goals that once felt out of reach, and built a way of working that felt sustainable.

“I can stay with uncertainty now”
—Samina H.

It feels like I've been given myself back. Instead of letting self-doubt shut things down, I learned to stay curious and pursue ideas I once would have abandoned.

To Begin

You don't need to overhaul your life to begin this work.

The things that matter are already present in how you work, rest, make decisions, and move through your life.

It starts with a short form.

From there, we’ll schedule a brief conversation to discuss what's bringing you here and answer any questions you may have.

The rhythm

We begin with an extended three-hour session (held in one meeting or divided across two) to explore what's happening in your life and what feels most important right now.

After that, we meet three times each month, with the fourth week left open for reflection, integration, or simply living your life.

Between sessions

You're welcome to send emails or voice notes as questions, decisions, challenges, and insights arise. This allows our work to stay connected to the realities of your daily life rather than remaining confined to our conversations.

Fee

The fee for 6 months is $10,000. Payment plans are available.
