5. Coaching and Support Services

Coaching services are provided by Erica Ando through Interval Publishing LLC. Coaching engagements may also be governed by a separate written agreement.

These services are educational, reflective, and supportive in nature. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, well-being, and outcomes.

Participation in coaching services does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship unless a separate written agreement has been entered into for those services.

6. Payments and Refunds

Fees for coaching services, workshops, digital products, or other offerings will be disclosed at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, payments are non-refundable.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased digital content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

You acknowledge that participation in the Services may involve reflection on mortality, grief, loss, identity, meaning, life transitions, and other emotionally significant topics.

Some Services include reflective exercises, journaling prompts, discussions, or explorations of topics such as meaning, identity, values, and life transitions.

Participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining what and how much you choose to share and may pause, modify, or discontinue participation at any time.

If you experience emotional distress or require professional support, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

9. Crisis and Emergency Services

The Services are not intended for crisis intervention, emergency response, suicide prevention, or urgent mental health support.
